Outreach Strategies to Facilitate Adherence to Diabetes Treatment Plans
April 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM PST 

Once again, diabetes was cited as the top concern for farmworkers in
HOP's National Needs Assessment. To assist organizations with meeting
this constant challenge, HOP has invited experts from the field to share
their approaches. Learn how other programs employ outreach strategies to
facilitate adherence to diabetes management and treatment plans. Topics
will include identification of outreach-specific challenges in
addressing diabetes treatment, effective approaches to diabetes care,
and existing resources for responding to diabetes issues.
