[Clinicians] Colorado CHC Teen Clinic

Hello CHAMPS Clinicians' Listserv Members,

 

One of our Region VIII CHCs, Metro Community Provider Network, with
locations around the Denver area, now has a teen clinic that they are
trying to spread the word about.  The MPCN Teen Clinic is open two
half-days a week, and provides confidential services to those ages
11-19.  Attached is a postcard for the clinic.  This may be an
interesting idea for others to consider, or perhaps some of you are
already doing something similar.
