[Clinicians] Chronic Disease Conference in Wyoming, May 2009

Hello CHAMPS Clinician's Listserv Members,

 

Attached is a save-the-date flyer regarding a conference that will be
held in Casper, Wyoming, May 7-8, 2009.  This conference will address
diabetes and cardiovascular disease.  One of our Regional CHCs, Cheyenne
Crossroads Clinic, will be hosting this event.  Please see the flyer for
