Below is an announcement for a webinar that is being hosted by the
Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaborative (CCGC) that is open to all
clinicians in any state.  CCGC indicated that there may be some
information specific to Colorado, but the bulk of the webinar will be
appropriate for any clinician.
